I’m an Atlanta-based journalist focused on climate, community, and technology. I write about local transit and equity issues for Canopy Atlanta, Decaturish, and SaportaReport. I was previously Executive Editor of the CTVC newsletter, sharing weekly climate tech news and going deep on complex decarbonization and financing challenges for 60,000 subscribers. Before that, I wrote about the innovations enabling electrification, the clean energy transition, and greenhouse-gas emissions mitigation for Morning Brew’s 500,000 Emerging Tech Brew readers.

As a staff writer at the Atlanta Business Chronicle, I covered banking and transportation issues in the metro area, including public transit, electric vehicles, logistics, and supply chain innovation.

Earlier in my career, I worked as an associate editor for Fortune Magazine in New York City, covering the food, beverage, and cannabis industries. I first joined the publication as a data reporter, writing stories driven by data analysis and creating charts and graphics as part of the magazine’s first-ever data desk. Prior to my time at Fortune, I worked with the award-winning data team at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. I completed my bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication.
